Invoice and Billing

Invoices for campaigns are sent at the end of each month that your ads run and payment is due Net 30 upon receipt.

We accept ACH direct deposit, checks, and wire transfers (SWIFT or IBAN) for international campaigns.

Minimum Campaign Budget

We can usually work with any range of ad budget, but $1,500 for a standard advertising campaign is normally our minimum. Custom programs and sponsorships begin at $50,000.

Pricing (Display/Banners)

Banner ads are sold on a CPM* basis. The CPM varies by publisher, bur ranges from $10-$50 per thousand.

There is not a set amount you must spend per month, but a typical ad budget will range between $1,500 – $5,000 per month depending on the sponsors goals.

An example campaign budget of $3,000 running on a publisher with a CPM of $10.00 would mean the sponsor would receive 300,000 viewable impressions during the campaign.

*Cost per 1,000 viewable impressions (CPM) – is a pricing method used to denote the price of 1,000 viewable impressions tracked. An ad is counted as “viewable” when 50 percent of the ad shows on screen for one second or longer for display ads and two seconds or longer for video ads.

Deliverable Timing (Display and Email)

Banner/display ad creative is due three (3) business days before the campaign start date.

Deliverables for eNewsletters and Dedicated Eblasts are due five (5) business days prior to start. These also need to be reviewed and accepted by the 

Campaign Length

There is no predetermined or set timing for a campaign – this is completely up to the advertiser’s needs. We typically see campaigns range anywhere from 2 weeks to 2-3 months for most individual advertiser campaigns.  Longer term custom sponsorship tend to run between 6-12 months.
